The holiday season is upon us, time to party, drink and be merry, too merry in some cases but does a thing even exist? If our own staff party was anything to go by maybe lol 🙂 But don’t worry we’ll still be here processing pay as quick as humanly (and in most cases computer automatedly) possible. Rest assured that when your agency pays us we’ll be paying you the same day, exactly the same as any other time of the year, payroll is THAT exciting we’ll not let anything get in its way, not even Christmas!
Now lets take a quick look back at 2022 and an even quicker look forward to what 2023 has in store at Quad. 2022 has really been a break out year for Quad, after a tough few years fighting to make our way in a UK contractor world dominated by FCSA hysteria, hype and propaganda 2022 saw the tide turn. As the reality of what an FCSA “accreditation” meant (or didn’t mean) all of a sudden we discovered more agencies open to honest conversations about doing what was best for their contractors. Following on from this we took the extra step (beyond our full lawspeed audit) to gain Professional Passport membership and have never looked back. We are now paying more contractors than ever, we’ve upgraded our systems to cope and we still have the only app enabled IR35 calculator on the market where we show how transparent our figures are and what you’ll get back from a contract. If you’re an agency that values your contractors, would like them paid through a company where they are so much more than just a number, in a fully compliant full PAYE manner then please do not hesitate to get in touch. We’ve got 2 more agencies coming onboard in early 2023 and we’d love to welcome you as well!
Talking of 2023, what else do we have in store? Growth! We want more agencies taking advantage of our service, we want more contractors to see just what a small well run Umbrella can offer them. We’re going to carry on improving our systems, making sure automation is available to those that want it whilst there’s a friendly person at the end of an e-mail or phone for those that don’t. Our dream is to make 2023 the best year yet for everybody we deal with 🙂 On a slightly sadder note there will be 1 person not with us on that journey, many of you will know Andy as the “answer man”, you’ve got a question, he’s got an answer! He’s been with us from the start but there’s only so much of a good thing anybody can stand, he’s off for a new adventure and we all wish him nothing but the very best in whichever way his career takes him! All the best mate, you’ll be missed! (We guarantee he’s left lots of handover notes, lots and lots of notes)
